Step 02

Rough Grind — 50 Grit

Metal-bond diamond tooling removes surface laitance and sets aggregate exposure level — cream, salt-and-pepper, or full aggregate.

Step 03

Crack Repair & Densifier

Cracks filled with semi-rigid polyurea. Lithium silicate densifier applied and cured overnight — hardens the surface before fine polishing begins.

Step 04

Fine Polish — 100 to 3000

Resin-bond pads run in sequence: 100 → 200 → 400 → 800 → 1500 → 3000. Each pass removes only the previous scratch pattern.

Guard Coat & Handoff
