Each pass uses finer diamond grit to progressively refine the surface. The process can't be rushed — and we don't rush it.

Step 01

Concrete Assessment

We evaluate slab hardness, aggregate exposure, existing coatings, and crack locations before specifying the system.

Step 02

Coarse Grinding (Grit 16–30)

Heavy-duty diamond segments remove existing sealers, coatings, and surface irregularities. Cracks filled at this stage.

Step 03

Medium Grinding (Grit 50–100)

Scratch pattern from coarse pass removed. Surface begins to develop clarity and aggregate exposure.

Step 04

Fine Polishing (Grit 200–400)

Densifier applied to harden the surface. Resin pads refine the floor to semi-gloss or gloss level.

Step 05

Final Buff & Guard Coat

Grit 800–3000 pads bring the floor to final finish. Guard sealer applied to protect against staining.

  • Full aggregate exposure: Aggressive grinding reveals large stones and pebbles for a terrazzo-like appearance. Dramatic and unique — popular in hospitality and high-design retail environments.
