Partial-Broadcast (Speckled Look)
Partial-broadcast systems apply chips at a lower coverage rate — typically 25–75% — creating a speckled appearance against a visible base coat colour. Standard Flake System Installation Stack

- Scrape and sand: After cure, standing chips are scraped flat and the surface is lightly sanded to create a uniform bond surface for the topcoat.
- Polyaspartic or polyurea topcoat: A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat (or polyurea for maximum durability) is applied to seal and protect the chip layer. This topcoat provides the chemical resistance, UV stability, and wear resistance that determine the system's long-term performance.
